The walk-through form below will assess the impact of this Module on your co-teaching practice. Have a third-party representative utilize this form (preferably the same person who performed the pre-assessment walk-through).
Reflection Journal- Reflect on your pre and post assessment (from your walk-through observations). Where have you grown the most? What areas are still in need of improvement? Re-read your initial post and reflect on how your perspective has grown and/or changed throughout the PLM. Now look at the three goals of this PLM listed below. Do you feel you have met these?
